2.Dark assembly electric box, distribution box embedded in the wall installation, in the wall reserved holes should be about 20mm larger than the length and width of the distribution box, reserved depth of distribution box thickness plus the thickness of the hole wall plastering. When the box is buried, concrete can be filled between the box and the wall to fix the box.
3.Distribution box installed screw fuse, the power line should be connected to the middle contact terminal, load line should be connected to the thread terminal. In this way, there will be no electric shock when loading and unloading the core. The porcelain plug fuse shall be installed vertically.
4.The distribution box of AC, DC or different voltage levels of the power supply, should have obvious signs. In the lighting distribution box, the neutral line (N line) and the protection neutral line (PE line) busbar shall be set up respectively. The neutral line and the protection neutral line shall be connected on the busbar, and shall not be twisted, and shall be numbered.
5.When the wire leads out of the panel, the panel wire hole should be smooth without burrs, and the metal panel should be equipped with insulating protective sleeve. Metal case The shell of the distribution box must be reliably grounded (zeroed).
The installation points of distribution box
1. Should be installed in dry, ventilated parts, and no obstruction, easy to use.
2.Distribution box should not be installed too high, the general installation elevation is 1.6 meters, for easy operation.
3.The electric tube into the distribution box must be fixed with a locking nut.
4.If the distribution box needs to open the hole, the edge of the hole must be smooth and clean.
5. Distribution box buried in the wall should be vertical, horizontal, the edge of 5-6 mm gap.
6. Wiring in the distribution box should be regular and neat, and terminal screws must be tightened.
7.Each loop incoming line must have enough length, no joints.
8.Indicate the use name of each loop after installation.
9. After installation, clean up the residues in the distribution box.
