3. When the material enters the injection cylinder, the downward pressure oil generated by the piston rod in the measurement chamber enters the upper chamber of the injection cylinder through the check valve, throttle valve, diaphragm valve and safety valve. Under the action of the compression spring, the thimble valve in the lower chamber is pushed open and discharged into the mold chamber to complete the quantitative filling process.
