1.Dry-type transformer handling

In general, in order to ensure the quality of dry-type transformers, the overall transportation method is often used during transportation.Before transportation, the protection of the transformer should be done well, in the lifting, loading and unloading should be strictly according to the specifications, to ensure that the transformer is evenly stressed and smooth lifting, strictly prohibit the lifting gear rope compression to any parts of the transformer.In the process of transportation, the anti-freezing and rain prevention work must be done well, and the transformer must be firmly tied to the sleeper at the bottom of the packing box to avoid sliding displacement.To carefully plan the transportation route of the dry transformer, try to avoid the slope is greater than 15 degrees and rugged road.The transformer shall be kept dry and ventilated when parked during transportation. 

2.Open-box inspection of dry-type transformer

Before the installation of the dry transformer, first of all, the transformer manufacturer, the employer, the installation unit related personnel to check the transformer, and strictly make inspection records, carefully verify the specifications, models, quantity and quality of the dry transformer main body and accessories.Comprehensively check the technical documents, model and specifications, qualification certificate and inspection report and other relevant documents of the dry-type transformer, and check whether it meets the design requirements.Secondly, check whether the main body of the dry transformer is damaged, whether the parts are displaced and damaged, and whether the electrical support parts or connecting lines are complete and firm.Finally, check whether the spare components are missing and damaged.If there is a problem in the inspection, it must be Must be able to timely and effectively.

3.Installation of dry-type transformer in place

4.Dry-type transformer wiring

The wiring work of the dry-type transformer is composed of three parts: the primary side connection of the introduced power supply line and the transformer, the secondary and low-voltage lead line connection, and the transformer grounding connection.When the high voltage side cable connecting the transformer is connected, the casing of the transformer shall not be directly stressed to avoid deformation or damage.When connecting the low voltage side of the large current bus to support separately, shall not directly press on the transformer terminal, causing too high mechanical tension and torque, when the bus current is greater than 1000A, the bus and the transformer terminal must be used between a soft bus connection, the main purpose is to compensate for the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the conductor stress And vibration between dry transformer and bus.Electrical connections at each junction must maintain the necessary contact pressure, and a spring washer shall be used.The torsion wrench shall be used when tightening the bolts to ensure the bolt torque meets the design requirements.The dry transformer is located on the base on the low voltage side and is equipped with a special grounding bolt.The grounding of the transformer and the metal housing must be reliably connected to the grounding system through the bolt.If the low-voltage side is in a three-phase four-wire system, the neutral point must also be reliably connected to the grounding system.
